'Hang It' style picture hanger for 2mm Board which clips over edge of the backing board before you put it in the frame. For 2mm board. No drilling needed. Tape over the hanger, then make two small cuts in the tape to allow you to pass the wire or cord through. Some pass a split ring through it, to allow the cord to lay flat.
