Potential Covid-19 Disruptions

Please note that, in light of recent developments concerning the Covid-19 pandemic, delays in receiving your order may occur. This may result from slowdowns inside our delivery partner Royal Mail, its hubs and delivery depots due to staffing levels being affected by the virus.

While we will continue to send your package out expediently from our premises on a 48 hr tracked/untracked service, this currently does not guarantee you will receive it in this timeframe.

By checking out with your order you are agreeing to accept potential slowdowns and delays.

Royal Mail is currently saying:

"Normal deliveries and collections should take place across most of the UK today. However, there may be limited deliveries in some areas due to resourcing issues in a small number of our delivery offices. Please see the Royal Mail Deliveries section (linked below).
