IN PLACING YOUR ORDER IT WILL BE ASSUMED THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THE CONDITIONS LISTED BELOW -
VAT at the current rate of 20% is chargeable by law on the total cost of goods. Our VAT registration number is 202 1112 95.
Conditions of Sale
No warranty is given or implied that any particular item we offer is fit for any particular purpose. As we have no control over the way our products are used, customers must ascertain for themselves that an item is suitable for the intended purpose. Our liability is strictly limited to the invoiced value of the item concerned.
All sizes, weights, colours and any other specifications shown on this site are for guidance only. If such information is critical to a customer's application , then it is their responsibility to check. We reserve the right to make changes to the specification of any product at any time without notice.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a goods shipped notice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, where we may have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping and Handling
We usually ship your order as soon as possible, usually the next business day, but sometimes the same business day depending on when the order was placed. We will keep you informed by email of your order's progress.
You should receive 3 emails: One from our payment provider Paypal confirming your transaction, one from UK Picture Framing Supplies confirming your order and one more from us at a later date confirming that we have shipped your order.
If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed. We may offer you an alternative recommendation or we may be able to back order an item for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait and receive a full refund.
All postage is charged by weight and the total weight is calculated during the checkout process.
Most of our UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail for your peace of mind. Not all services are tracked, but most have delivery confirmation barcodes available.
Once we have shipped your items, you should receive them the next 3-5 business days after posting. The following postcode areas may take longer: KW16-17, GY1, GY9, HS3, HS4, HS5, HS6, HS7, HS8, HS9, IV41-51, IV55, IV56, PA61, PA62-75, PA76, PA78, PH42, PH43-44, ZE2-3.
If you require a faster service, we can sometimes offer Royal Mail Special Delivery (before 1pm) at a premium. Please contact us vie the contact form on this website if you require this service.
All orders out with the UK are shipped via normal airmail for orders < £20GBP and either International Tracked or International Tracked & Signed for orders > £20GBP.
Average delivery guidelines from Royal Mail: 3 days for Western Europe, 4 days for Eastern Europe and 7 days for the rest of the World. Please note these are guidelines and we will not be held responsible for carrier delays.
Customs and tax charges may be applicable for shipping internationally. UK Picture Framing Supplies will put the correct Customs Clarifications / Commodity Codes on parcels, but we will not be responsible for any import duty and charges. These are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Our payment provider accepts all major credit cards. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. For your convenience you can also pay with Paypal. You do not have to become a Paypal member to use this service.
All transactions are in £ GBP and are processed by Paypal. UK Picture Framing Supplies does not see your credit/debit card details. Any phone transactions will be processed by Paypal. We do not hold or collect credit/debit card details.
Your order (once payment has been confirmed by Paypal) is sent via email to UK Picture Framing Supplies. The order includes product and delivery details; your card details are NOT included with the order.
We will confirm receipt of your order to your email address.

Returns Policy UK customers may return goods in their original condition with their receipt within 14 days of the date which UK Picture Framing supplies has shipped the goods to the customer to obtain a full refund. UK Picture Framing Supplies is not liable for postage, shipping or taxes due on returned goods. Please take into account postage and shipping times when returning goods.
Overseas customers may return goods in their original condition with their receipt within 21 days of the date which UK Picture Framing Supplies has shipped the goods to the customer to obtain a full refund. If goods are damaged in transit, you must report this within 24hrs of receiving the package, so we can report the issue to Royal Mail and conduct an investigation.
