Turnbuttons
Turnbuttons are commonly used in picture frames to hold the backing board, mount, artwork and glazing in place. They offer an alternative solution to pushed in framer's tabs and points. Framers tabs and points require pushing (or firing) in to the rebate, Turnbuttons are screwed into the back of the picture frame and rotated into place. Turnbuttons do however work best when the backing board is flush with the back of the frame (when the glazing, mount, artwork and backing board all add up to the exact frame rebate depth). If the rebate depth is deeper than this then framers tabs and points are the best option.Click on the product to view quantities and price discounts available.
